Request for Proposals for Lawn Maintenance Services 

The Easton Housing Authority (EHA) is now seeking proposals via in-person drop off, USPS mail, or email for the provision of qualified personnel to perform lawn maintenance services for the EHA until Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 3PM. EHA reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof. The complete Request for Proposals (RFP) document will be available here. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 221 South Fourth Street, Easton, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. For the convenience of interested firms and entities the conference will explain the program and required results. The pre-proposal conference will include an on-site visit. Additional information may be requested by Email: jcampana@eastonhousing.org CC: tmiller@eastonhousing.org  Any city permits and/or licenses, as required, will be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. Public Housing was established to provide safe, sanitary, decent and affordable rental housing for low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.

Housing Choice Voucher

The HCV Program offers participants freedom of choice in finding a privately owned housing unit. Prospective HCV Landlords can review an informational packet and may reach out via email with additional questions: admin@eastonhousing.org

Family Self Sufficiency

Work with the Housing Authority to develop a personal plan to become economically self-sufficient.

Easton Housing Authority’s mission is to serve the needs of low-income, very low income and extremely low-income families in the City of Easton and:  
  1. Maintain the availability of decent, safe and affordable housing in its communities;
  2. Ensure equal opportunity in housing;
  3. Promote self-sufficiency and asset development of families and individuals; and
