Office Delay Notice

Due to inclement weather, the offices of the Easton Housing Authority will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, January 29, 2026. Office hours will be 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


INVITATIONS FOR BIDS - CHILLER REPLACEMENT

The Housing Authority of the City of Easton (referred to herein as EHA), on behalf of property owner Harlan House Senior Associates, L.P., invites sealed bids from qualified HVAC companies for the replacement of the chiller at Harlan House, a residential property located at 221 S. Fourth Street, Easton, PA 18042.

The scope of work, technical requirements, and instructions for submitting a bid are outlined in the Invitation for Bid (“IFB”), which is posted on the Procurement page of EHA’s website at:
https://www.eastonhousing.org/procurement.aspx

Bids will be received until 3:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the EHA Offices located at 157 S. Fourth Street, Easton, PA 18042, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Attendees may proceed to the conference room.

Sealed bids may be submitted in person or by mail. All envelopes must be clearly marked:

Bids may be dropped off in person during the following hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM

In-person submissions must be delivered to the Resident Services Office at 221 S. Fourth Street, Easton, PA 18042.

Notice to the Public

Beginning February 1, 2026, the offices of the Easton Housing Authority will be open to the public during the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday
8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Please be advised that the offices will be closed to the public on Wednesday afternoons.

We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

The next Board of Commissioners meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 4pm.

The agenda will be posted here prior to the meeting.
