Important Update for Landlords

Starting September 1, 2026, the Easton Housing Authority will limit rent increases to a maximum of $50 per unit for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants. This change helps ensure the program remains stable and continues to serve families in our community. All rent increase requests will still be reviewed for rent reasonableness and program compliance.  Please call the Resident Services office if you have any questions related to this.

The Easton Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold its next Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

Easton Housing Authority’s mission is to serve the needs of low-income, very low income and extremely low-income families in the City of Easton and:
  1. Maintain the availability of decent, safe and affordable housing in its communities;
  2. Ensure equal opportunity in housing;
  3. Promote self-sufficiency and asset development of families and individuals; and
  4. Improve community quality of life and economic viability.
