Request for Proposals for Lawn Maintenance Services
The Easton Housing Authority (EHA) is now seeking proposals via in-person drop off, USPS mail, or email for the provision of qualified personnel to perform lawn maintenance services for the EHA until Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 3PM. EHA reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof. The complete Request for Proposals (RFP) document will be available here. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 221 South Fourth Street, Easton, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. For the convenience of interested firms and entities the conference will explain the program and required results. The pre-proposal conference will include an on-site visit. Additional information may be requested by Email: jcampana@eastonhousing.org CC: tmiller@eastonhousing.org Any city permits and/or licenses, as required, will be obtained and paid for by the Contractor.
